I AM A VICTIM-SURVIVOR OF ABUSE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, OR STALKING IN LOUISIANA.
HOW CAN I APPLY FOR STATE ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY?
The State of Louisiana has a program called the ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM (ACP). If you are eligible, this program (run by the Louisiana Secretary of State) provides you with an alternate address (not your home address) to use for government services like voting and driver’s license records. Read more below about who can apply, what is covered, and how to apply.
Visit the ACP website Here. Find your local certified ACP agency (who can help you through the process) Here.

Crime Survivors NOLA is not affiliated with the LA Secretary of State or the Address Confidentiality (ACP) program. This guide was created for informational purposes only (by volunteers) to assist victim-survivors.
